Our Story
Hi, it's Tola Sam
Being born with a mix of Cambodian,
Thai and Kola (a tribe of people who live in Thailand with
their own unique language) heritage has given me a love
of cooking a wide array of many Asian dishes which I call
Asian with a Twist!
Now that I am married to my beautiful wife Linda (from China),
I am even more interested in Chinese food. We both enjoy
working together to bring healthy, multi-ethnic
food to our community here in Nelson, knowing that
food draws people together, creating good-times and friendships.
